Hebridean Hounds Boarding Kennel is a dog boarding facility located in Waternish on the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands. The kennel caters for dogs on both short breaks and longer holiday stays, providing spacious kennels set within a countryside environment.
Each dog receives daily exercise and outdoor time, with boarding tailored to suit individual routines. Handlers provide fresh water and feeding according to each dog's normal schedule, along with individual care and attention throughout the stay. The kennel can also administer medication where required, provided it is clearly labelled with instructions.
All dogs must be fully up to date with vaccinations before boarding, including distemper, leptospirosis, canine parvovirus, hepatitis, and kennel cough. Owners are asked to provide their dog's own food to maintain their normal diet during the stay.
The kennel is open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm. Advance booking is recommended, particularly during busy holiday periods.
