Pelletts offers a welcoming environment for small pets, specifically catering to guinea pigs, pygmy hedgehogs, hamsters, gerbils, and mice. The facility features six spacious indoor apartments, each equipped with its own hidey house, ensuring comfort and privacy for the pets. The apartments are designed not only for accommodation but also for exercise, providing ample space for guinea pigs to move around. A calming atmosphere is maintained with classical music played through a DAB radio during the day. Hygiene is a top priority, with all cages cleaned using F10 Veterinary Disinfectant, which is safe for animals. Pets are required to bring their own secure cage, bedding, and dry food for their stay. Pelletts does not currently board degus, rabbits, rats, or chinchillas. The facility also offers grooming services, including claw clipping, to keep pets looking their best.
